1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), identity documents submitted for verification, transaction and payout records, messages exchanged on the platform, device and usage data, and approximate location when you search the marketplace.

2. Why we process it

• To operate matching, escrow, and delivery confirmation
• To meet anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations
• To investigate disputes and prevent fraud
• To send service notifications you can configure at any time

3. Identity documents

ID images are encrypted at rest, retained for five years to satisfy regulatory record-keeping, and are never shown to other members. Other members only see your verification badge, not your document.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with payment processors, identity verification providers and, where legally compelled, competent authorities. We never sell personal data.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Email privacy@carrymate.demo and we respond within 30 days.
