1. The platform's role
CarryMate is a marketplace. Contracts for carriage are formed directly between buyer and traveler. CarryMate provides matching, messaging, escrow and dispute resolution, and is not the carrier or the seller of goods.
2. Eligibility
Members must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification before accepting a deal.
3. Escrow and fees
Buyers fund item cost plus reward into escrow. Escrow releases on OTP-confirmed delivery or on a dispute decision. CarryMate deducts a 12% commission from the traveler reward.
4. Prohibited items
Members must not request or carry items prohibited by the airline or by customs at either endpoint. Attempts to do so result in immediate account suspension.
5. Cancellations
Either party may cancel before purchase for a full escrow refund. After purchase, cancellation is subject to dispute review and the item cost may be non-refundable.
6. Liability
CarryMate's aggregate liability is limited to the escrow amount for the deal in question. Members are responsible for declaring goods to customs correctly.
